Most prop firms look the same from the outside: a big account number, a discount code, a countdown. The difference shows up later, when you are on your phone trying to move a stop, when you are waiting on a payout, or when something goes wrong at two in the morning and you need a person.
Eiger Funded sells simulated demo trading accounts. You pay a one-time fee, trade on the eTrader platform, and once funded you can request a share of the simulated profit, paid in real money. Here is what stands out once you look past the headline.
1. It is cheap to start, and cheaper to try again
A $5,000 2-Step Challenge costs $40. A $100,000 1-Step costs $450. There is no subscription and nothing recurring: the fee, any add-on and any reset are one-time payments, priced in US dollars and shown before you pay.
| Account | 2-Step | 1-Step | Instant |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $40 | $50 | $70 |
| $10,000 | $60 | $80 | $120 |
| $25,000 | $120 | $155 | $200 |
| $50,000 | $210 | $270 | $350 |
| $100,000 | $350 | $450 | $600 |
| $200,000 | $560 | $720 | — |
What makes the price go further is the free reset. If a 1-Step account ends early, you get one fresh start at the same size without paying again. The 2-Step includes one in each step. Plenty of firms sell that as an extra; here it is in the box.
2. Payouts go to your own wallet, in stablecoins
Rewards are paid in USDT on Tron, USDC on Solana or USDC on Ethereum, to a wallet in your name. You choose the network when you request. No bank wire waiting three days, no currency conversion, no intermediary holding the money.
The first request can go in 14 days after the funded account opens. There is no minimum profit to withdraw, and an approved request is released straight away rather than parked until a weekly payout day. You keep 80% of the profit, or 95% with the reward add-on on Instant Funding.
Identity checks happen once, before the first payout. You do not have to upload a passport just to buy a $40 challenge.
3. The platform is genuinely good
Every account runs on eTrader, with native apps for iOS and Android and a web app with nothing to install. Your balance, positions and history follow you between devices.
The chart is the order ticket. You open a trade with one click, then drag the red line to move your stop loss and the green line to move your take profit. Pending orders sit on the chart too, and switch between limit and stop as you drag them past the price. On a phone, this is the difference between adjusting a trade in two seconds and fighting a form.
- Prices updating every 70 milliseconds
- Nine timeframes plus a tick chart, and up to four charts on one screen on the web
- Twelve-plus built-in indicators and thirteen drawing tools, including four Fibonacci tools
- Trailing stops, partial close, depth of market and push price alerts
- Full trade history with CSV export for any date range
There is also eTrader AI, a separate web app where you build your own trading assistant from blocks: what it watches, when it acts and what it is allowed to do. It is a tool you configure, not a black box that promises results.
4. The market is open when you are
If your free time is the weekend, that is usually dead time for a trader. eTrader lists crypto, which trades every hour of every day, and 24/7 versions of markets that normally close on Friday. Gold is XAUUSD during the week, and XAUUSD247 keeps trading through Saturday and Sunday.
5. Support answers in minutes
The main support channel is a Telegram chat, @eigerfunded, staffed around the clock. No ticket number and no queue. For documents or anything that needs a written record there is email, answered within 48 to 72 hours. The Help Center covers the common questions on payments, payouts, KYC and the platform, and the whole site is published in 32 languages.
6. It tells you everything up front
Every price, every add-on and the complete terms are public before you pay. The company behind it, THE TRADING COMPANY LLC, lists its registered address. Losses are never repayable: the most you can lose is the fee.
There is also a page called Help Us Improve, where traders send feature requests and bug reports straight to the team. It is a small thing, but it says something about who the firm thinks it is building for.
Who it suits
Traders who want a low-cost way to prove a strategy, who live on their phone, and who would rather be paid in stablecoins than wait on a bank. If that sounds like you, the next step is to look at the challenges yourself.
